Important notice: No travel or accommodation is included in this prize, the winner must make their own way to the festival and book accommodation for themselves. The prize has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash.
Who can enter: The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over who complete the entry form in full. Employees of Rock Kommander or their families are not eligible to enter.
How to enter: To enter the prize draw, you must complete the entry form. No purchase is necessary, but the Rock Kommander app download is required. Entry form has to be filled with the unique Rock Kommander Account ID to be eligible to enter the draw. Multiple entries are not permitted, if done so, will be counted as one entry in the draw.
Closing Date: Entries received outside the specified time period will not be considered. The closing date for the prize draw is the time and date is 1st of June 2025 23:59 CET.
Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process administered by Rock Kommander and under the supervision.
Notification: The winner will be notified by email on the day of the drawing. If a winner does not respond to Rock Kommander within 3 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Rock Kommander shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
Prize: The prize will be sent to the winner by the date identified by Rock Kommander by secured mail or via email if the prize is of that nature. The prize is non-exchangeable, non transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
Liability: Rock Kommander accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize. Rock Kommander reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Rock Kommander’s control make it necessary to do so.
Personal Data: Rock Kommander shall use and take careof any personal data you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
Consent: By entering the draw you agree to subscribe to the Rock Kommander webstore newsletter and receive offers from the Rock Kommander app and merchandise through E-mail. The winner’s first name and the first initial of the Surname may be used for marketing purposes and to display the winners name on Rock Kommander website, webstore and owned social media channels.
